Panther Physical Therapy was founded by physical therapists in 2003, with three locations in the northern suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA – Wexford, Allison Park, and Zelienople.

In 2018, Panther was acquired by Alliance Physical Therapy Partners, the seventh largest physical therapy provider in the U.S. with more than 60 locations nationwide.
